Welcome To The Black Women Speaker Bureau

The Black Women Speaker Bureau connects organisations with a curated network of Black women across technology, business, innovation, and leadership. Our speakers bring deep industry expertise, leadership experience, and powerful perspectives to conferences, corporate events, executive programmes, and global industry conversations. Whether you are hosting a technology conference, leadership summit, panel discussion, or internal company event, our bureau helps you connect with credible experts who can inform, inspire, and challenge audiences.

A Different Kind of Speaker Bureau

The Black Women Speaker Bureau is not a traditional talent agency. We are not a commission-driven booking platform. Instead, we provide organisations with direct access to a curated network of experts, removing unnecessary intermediaries and enabling more authentic collaboration between speakers and organisations.

Speaker fees are agreed directly between the organisation and the speaker, ensuring transparency and flexibility. Our role is to help organisations discover credible voices and make meaningful connections.

We are removing friction:
  • No gatekeeping.
  • No exploitation.
  • No 20–30% commission fees.

Mastering the Paid Speaker Positioning
Get paid £5,000 or more per speaking engagement

Access alone is not enough. Earn how to get paid 5-6 figure per speaking engagement

Many exceptional women are brilliant operators, but have never been trained to structure a powerful keynote, articulate their intellectual positioning, confidently increase their speaker fee, or command high-value rooms with authority.

That is why we are offering optional professional training delivered by Flavilla Fongang, an international keynote speaker who has delivered global talks across Europe and beyond and led certified training programmes, including for LinkedIn.

This training is designed to refine your positioning, strengthen your presence, and help you move from being a panel contributor to becoming a paid authority.

It is entirely optional. Joining the bureau does not require training. However, women who are serious about building long-term speaking careers understand that mastery is an investment, not an accident.
