Tierra McDonald, with a Chemical Engineering degree from Prairie View A&M University, transitioned from Environmental and Process Engineering in speciality chemicals to the Tech industry’s project management. She gained a Technology Project Management certification from Rice University, using her transferable skills for this career shift. With experience in IT and Digital Marketing projects, Tierra is keen on applying her project management passion in STEM non-profit organisations.
