• Performance Diagnostics: My Scrum Team Performance Snapshot offers an objective assessment of current agile practices, providing insights into communication, impediment resolution, and sprint predictability.

• Thought Leadership: I actively contribute to the Agile community, including recently discussing how the public sector can leverage Agile with GenAI for effective outcomes in a recent webinar, and regularly facilitating Scrum Master meetups.
