Wendy Amexo is a Data & Analytics Manager and the founder of TechJumpstart Hub CIC, a social enterprise helping women and underrepresented communities build confidence and take their first steps into tech. With a background in data science and a deep passion for equity, she’s spent her career making technology more inclusive, more accessible, and more human.

Born in Ghana and raised across Germany and Switzerland, Wendy’s love for culture, people, and learning has shaped how she leads—with empathy, creativity and purpose. She knows what it’s like to feel like the only one in the room—and she’s committed to making sure others don’t have to.

Through her work, she’s helped bridge the gap between communities and opportunities, using tech as a tool for empowerment. Whether she’s speaking on stage or mentoring behind the scenes, Wendy brings heart, clarity, and a strong belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive.
