About Vuyiswa

Vuyiswa M'Cwabeni Headshot 2 (1)

Vuyiswa M’Cwabeni has spent her career moving between worlds most people keep separate: corporate boardrooms and startup trenches, global enterprise and early-stage chaos, the structured and the unmapped. She has also done this literally. Originally from Zimbabwe, she grew up in Canada and has spent the better part of her adult life building in Germany, a country that was not her first language, her culture, or her plan. That has shaped how she thinks, how she leads, and what she tends to notice that others miss.

After more than a decade as a senior executive at SAP, leading global transformation programmes and product strategy across some of the world’s most complex organisations, she stepped out and started building. First came FintechX, a venture-backed digital bank she founded focused on SME lending, with Infinicash as its treasury product for founders and CFOs. Then Bloon GmbH, an AI-powered no-code platform in the SAP ecosystem, where she served as CEO. Now she is CEO and co-founder of Magalie&ME, a luxury K-Beauty skincare brand made in Germany, and runs an advisory practice for founders figuring out how to scale without losing the plot. The through-line is not the industry. It is what happens when you follow the problem rather than the playbook.

She writes the newsletter Straight from the Desk of Vuyiswa, honest monthly reflections on what it actually means to build, lead, and think globally. She speaks on leadership, transformation, and making technology work for the humans using it. Her talks are direct, built on real experience, and aimed at audiences who have already heard the theory.

Vuyiswa is based in Frankfurt. She is a mother, an immigrant, a former tech CEO, and a startup founder who has learned that the most interesting chapter is usually the one you did not plan for.
