Shaneek Williams, PMP, ACP, CSM, is a Certified Technology Delivery Leader, strategist, and Founder of PMPro Connect, a consulting firm dedicated to transforming strategy into execution for mission-driven organizations. With over 8 years in Tech and a career spanning global organizations including AWS and Oracle, she leads complex, multi-workstream programs across cloud, software development, and the energy sector. Shaneek brings clarity, governance, and stakeholder alignment to large-scale technology initiatives.
After migrating to the U.S. in 2015, Shaneek navigated corporate America as an immigrant woman of color, often the first, the only, or the different one in the room. That experience fuels her deep commitment to representation and access. Through her consulting, speaking, and thought-leadership platform, The Aligned Leader, she champions women in owning their voices, building their visibility, and designing sustainable careers. She believes in paying it forward, giving emerging women leaders a blueprint to thrive without shrinking or sacrificing who they are to get there.
