Rumbidzayi Pfende

Rumbi is the Co-founder & COO of MAMA.codes, a coding school focused on bringing diversity and inclusion by encouraging 3-15yr olds to fall in love with coding, and as a result open the door to developing a passion for STEM. She is focused on reaching the overlooked and marginalised sections of society, and showing children, young people (and now adults) that there is a place for them in the world of tech. 

She has scaled digital platforms and guided early-stage founder growth for over 20 years. Now, aside from running her business, her current passion is to help ambitious professionals hone their talents, gain clarity and become self-directed powerhouses who design their own choices and their future, whatever space they’re in.
