She founded Niyo Group, generating £4M+ in revenue through Niyo Labs training 5,000+ people for tech careers with placements at KPMG and BBC and Niyo Hair and beauty, the first AI Powered Salon for women with textured hair powered by Jorra, their intelligence solution .

She has also won many awards including Great British Fashion & Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year, Barclays Serial Entrepreneur of the Year, MBCC Entrepreneur of the Year, and Female Innovator of the Year.
