She founded, Fully Bossed, a leadership development and soft skill training and advisory company, dedicated to advancing careers and the organisations behind them. Under her leadership, Fully Bossed has become a trusted partner to professionals and organisation across multiple sectors; and generated 115m+ content views online. Delivering workshops, advisory, speaking and coaching, whilst also offering an interactive training platform for users and teams to lead with learn at their own pace. The company also supports clients with their GenAI transformation journeys – understanding that soft skills are the key enablers for change, particularly at the level required for GenAI success.
That intersection of business transformation combined with leadership, talent and organisation transformation is now her focus through Fully Bossed. She now dedicates her time in helping business organisations, educational organisations and leaders build impact to help them transform – with the same analytical rigour she helped apply to billion-dollar boardroom decisions. She continues to advise organisations at Board/NED level, leveraging her vast transformation, consulting and leadership experience.
As a global leadership trainer and speaker, she has spoken to over 10,000 professionals in 15 countries and facilitated more than 250 leadership workshops for global banks, law firms, multi-nationals, Ivy League institutions and global consultancies.
