Delivering workshops, advisory, speaking and coaching, whilst also offering an interactive training platform for users and teams to lead with learn at their own pace. The company also supports clients with their GenAI transformation journeys – understanding that soft skills are the key enablers for change, particularly at the level required for GenAI success.
That intersection of business transformation combined with leadership, talent and organisation transformation is now her focus through Fully Bossed. She now dedicates her time in helping business organisations, educational organisations and leaders build impact to help them transform – with the same analytical rigour she helped apply to billion-dollar boardroom decisions. She continues to advise organisations at Board/NED level, leveraging her vast transformation, consulting and leadership experience.
