Jenny Garrett OBE is an award-winning leadership coach, speaker, and CEO of Jenny Garrett Global, a boutique consultancy in its 20th year. She specialises in Inclusive, Entrepreneurial, and AI-Ready Leadership, working with organisations including the NHS, UK Parliament, and National Gas. A TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor, co-host of the AI for Equity podcast, and author of two books, Jenny’s work has reached 122 million people across Australia, Botswana, India, Mexico, the US, Europe, and the UK. She holds an OBE for services to Entrepreneurship and Women in Business and is a graduate of MIT’s AI Strategy and Leadership Programme.
