While my core focus is on these groups, I also engage men in mentoring and leadership conversations to foster inclusive community growth. As Founder of Impact Beyond School Walls (iBSW), I design and deliver mentoring programs, leadership initiatives, and practical systems that move young people from potential to real impact. I bring HR insight; not in paperwork, but in designing systems, developing talent, and driving organizational and community impact. My work spans values-driven leadership, organizational and community development, and mentoring ecosystems that inspire lasting growth locally and globally. With 12+ years in banking, leadership, and capacity development, I bring a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven approach to empowering individuals and communities. As a Reflective Essayist, I create “Legacy Lines”, turning everyday experiences into words that inspire clarity, reflection, and action. My personal journey, shaped by resilience after losing my mother at 14, fuels my empathy, intentionality, and drive to help others embrace their worth and live purposefully.
