I am an award-winning Social Value Manager with over 20 years’ experience across social impact, education, project delivery, charity, youth development, stakeholder management, and community engagement.

I specialise in developing and delivering award-winning social value initiatives within the construction and engineering sector, driving meaningful outcomes in employment, skills development, apprenticeships, and community engagement. I work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including MPs, local authorities, councillors, clients, residents, schools, charities, and supply chain partners, to ensure the effective delivery of Employment and Skills Plans and measurable social impact.

I am a strategic leader with a strong track record of maximising apprenticeship and work-experience opportunities, enhancing social mobility, and widening participation for underrepresented groups. I also manage external project communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and stakeholder briefings, and am experienced in responding to community concerns with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Alongside my professional role, I am a long-standing youth and community professional, a Board and Trustee leader, and a passionate advocate for women in construction. Through targeted outreach, career fairs, and industry events, I have contributed to a 5% increase in female participation within the sector and actively champion the wide range of career pathways available to young people.

I am the Founder of the Purposeful Parenting in the Digital Age Summit, an award-winning Parent and Teen Coach, and a TEDx Speaker. My work sits at the intersection of education, facilitation, equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, social mobility, and legacy, always focused on creating sustainable impact that benefits both organisations and communities.
