I am dedicated to promoting well-being and raising awareness for individuals with long-term health conditions and disabilities, particularly hidden disabilities.
With a background in Biomedical Science from London Metropolitan University, I have over 17 years NHS experience and leadership skills. I serve as Co-Chair for an NHS Disability Network, Wellbeing Champion, and a senior leadership member. Serve as a member of the Disability Pioneer Supergroup
I am a Workplace Coach and Mentor, providing support to colleagues in their professional and personal development.
As a Public Speaker and Founder of Ultimate Royal UK, I draw on my personal experiences to deliver impactful and motivating presentations, both within my organisation and at external events, receiving positive feedback.
My work has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many individuals, and I am committed to empowering women and disabled individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve success in their daily lives.
