About the role

As a member Solidatus’ Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of Solidatus as we expand on the success of the core product by introducing features and enhancements for our impressive client base.

Impact you’ll own

  • Extensively test and analyse regressions of the Solidatus browser-based application
  • Create, track and update tickets in our issue tracker (YouTrack) to help the development team resolve issues quickly effectively
  • Flag product usability issues, such as insufficient documentation, UI polish or poor user experience as part of the release process
  • Suggest, where possible, enhancements to improve the product
  • Understand the full suite of functionality and how our clients want to use Solidatus
  • Understand the underlying software architectures to better diagnose issues and work with the development team
  • Create, maintain and execute test plans
  • Use test automation to support manual testing where possible
  • Document problem reports with clear description of the issue and steps to recreate

 

What you bring

  • Exceptional attention for detail
  • Good understanding of user experience and ability to spot usability issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience designing, developing and executing functional test plans
  • Familiarity with Jira, YouTrack or another issue tracking system
