Company vision and mission

Our vision at Sky’s the Limit is to become the world’s leading digital platform for connecting underrepresented entrepreneurs with business mentors and growth partners. We enable the provision of one-on-one support from their peers and business mentors from various sectors and backgrounds, giving them customised entrepreneurial training and access to funding opportunities

A career at Sky’s The Limit looks like

The pandemic, the current issues facing the global economy, and a renewed call for racial equity have highlighted the importance of our work and mission.  In order to achieve our aims, we work hard to create partnerships with corporations, entrepreneurial groups, and other charitable organisations.  By working with us, our partners can work towards achieving their corporate social responsibility goals, whilst actively supporting and positively impacting our community of young entrepreneurs.

To date, we’ve helped our entrepreneurs create hundreds of businesses and jobs. They’ve also generated millions in revenue – but there’s still so much more to be done, which is the reason we’re expanding to the UK and have registered as a charity.

Diversity in inclusion strategy

We focus on young (predominantly 18-30) entrepreneurs from backgrounds historically underrepresented in business and entrepreneurship – for example, women, people from Black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQ+, those with disabilities, and people from a low-socioeconomic background.

Our 35,000 strong global community is growing at a record pace – and we are now expanding our team in the UK to support our global mission.
