Tolu Osinubi is a Senior Manager at Deloitte UK in the Quality and Test Engineering practice, working in large scale technology delivery and digital transformation for Consumer clients globally with over 8 years of software testing consultancy experience. Tolu specialises in programme test management on large scale complex transformation programmes with private sector clients. She has recently taken the role of COO for our Private Sector Quality and Test Engineering Op Unit as part of the leadership team supporting our team of quality & test engineers
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Tolu is an Intersectionality advocate in her workplace. Often a guest speaker, Tolu presents numerous events both internally and externally to the workplace about the Black experience in the UK representing her multiple intersections as a Black LGBTQ+ role model
Tolu was recently featured on the OUTstanding future leaders list 2020, as well as being named DIVA Magazine Diversity Champion of the Year 2021 which recognises individuals for championing diversity and inclusion in their workplace and beyond
As a panellist at an Out At Work session, Tolu held a discussion as to why many LGBTQ+ professional women struggle with coming out and being authentic to themselves at work. She has also hosted a firm-wide Intersectionality and Diversity in the LGBTQ+ community workshop session at Deloitte, as well as joining a Podcast as a guest for Pride Diaries, a podcast exploring the lives of Nigerian LGBTQ+ folx
