Yasmina’s Biography

Yasmina Passeri is a multilingual senior tech leader, international speaker, and diversity advocate with over 15 years of experience managing digital transformation across sectors. Fluent in French, Italian, and English, she has led complex, high-value projects across three countries and multiple industries.

Yasmina is currently Director at Tech and Trust Consulting, where she drives strategic growth through inclusive leadership and her signature human-first approach. Her career spans roles in investment banking, software, automotive, local government, and consulting, always rooted in cross-cultural collaboration and people-centred delivery.

She was named a Microsoft Women Role Model Ambassador (Ally category) and currently serves as UK Regional Ambassador for GTA Black Women in Tech, the largest European nonprofit for Black women in tech. Through her advocacy, mentoring, and public speaking, Yasmina empowers others to speak up, own their value, and thrive in spaces where they are often underrepresented.

Born into African royalty but defined by resilience, Yasmina has built her career on overcoming challenges, reshaping leadership spaces, and amplifying unheard voices. She is also the author of Lantana’s Secrets for Beautiful Hair, a self-published book empowering Afro and mixed-race women through hair care and self-love.
