Victoria’s Biography

I am a Project Manager with over 11 years of experience, working primarily as a contractor across public and private sector transformation programmes, including digital and technology-enabled change. I am particularly interested in tech and innovation, and through my lived experience I now also support professionals, especially women, who feel stuck or undervalued to rebuild confidence, reposition their careers, and move into contracting with clarity and intention through my platform, RareGemz.
