Tshepiso’s Biography

Tshepiso Njikelane is a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant currently based in Ireland and an Executive MBA candidate at TU Dublin. With over a decade of experience in consulting, she has worked with leading firms such as PwC, EY, and Slalom. 

Tshepiso is deeply passionate about education and social impact. This commitment is reflected in her recent initiative to fund school fees for learners in South Africa who lack the financial means to do so. By sharing her personal journey and actively engaging in community-driven initiatives, she seeks to empower others to realize their full potential. Guided by the spirit of Ubuntu “I am because you are” she is dedicated to uplifting others and championing for a more inclusive future.
