Tolulope Osobu is Chartered Chemical Engineer and Management Consultant with a global professional services firm. She has led projects across diverse sectors including biopharmaceuticals, medical, consumer goods, and Energy. Her expertise lies in Industry X, where she leverages Lean methodologies, data analytics, and digitisation to optimise manufacturing processes and drive value creation.

A dedicated advocate for young professionals, Tolulope has created inSTEM Blog, an online platform and community reaching over 2,000 members worldwide. Through this, she provides valuable resources, mentorship, and career guidance for early-career individuals that helps them navigate the challenges and opportunities of the post-university landscape. Her commitment to fostering excellence has been recognised with a Rising Star STEM Finalist nomination at the 2023 Black British Business Awards and the 2024 Novi Leadership Awards.
