Sephora’s Biography
Sephora Amlan, also known as Sephora Ochou is a bilingual award-winning corporate professional and international speaker focused who transitioned into a career in tech, as a Partnerships & Employability Lead.
Passionate about social impact and increasing social mobility, she works at Niyo Group, a start-up that aims to provide economic empowerment to minority women. They provide a variety of tech bootcamps to upskill black women into careers in tech. She has accumulated over 7 years of experience in account, facilitation, coaching, and project management gaining a variety of roles in both the private and third sectors.
She was a 2023 Black Tech Award finalist for Diversity Champion of the Year. Sephora will be studying an MSt in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge in October 2023 as she is passionate about pushing social change in business.
