Sandra’s Biography

Sandra Edmund is a web and digital professional with a non-linear career spanning website development, CMS management, SEO, and digital strategy. She began her journey into tech at a young age, developing digital skills through curiosity, self-teaching, and formal study in Software Engineering.

She has worked across agencies and startups, contributing to the build, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of digital platforms, and is currently working as a Website Executive. Alongside this, Sandra has travelled internationally as a tech journalist, attending global technology conferences including Web Summit and The Next Web Conference. Through this work, she has networked with industry leaders, interviewed senior figures across the tech ecosystem, and chaired panels at major industry events such as the London Tech Show and DevOps Live, while also openly sharing her own journey into tech.

Sandra is currently completing a Master’s in AI, Society, and Ethics, with a growing focus on responsible innovation, cloud technologies, and the evolving role of technology in society. As a speaker, she champions non-traditional routes into tech and offers honest insights on resilience, imposter syndrome, and persistence.
