Princess Bernard’s Biography

Princess Bernard is an award-winning technology professional and social entrepreneur who uses her skills and knowledge to drive positive change in the world. She is the only black Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager, at the well-known global organisation; Accenture and has been named one of Technology’s 100 future female leaders. In her role, Princess has spent the last 10 years focusing on helping clients, primarily in the Communications, Media, and Technology industries, define and optimise their IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture Roadmap to achieve high performance, agility, and accelerated innovation. This could be from defining the strategy and roadmap to supporting them in developing and mobilizing their Enterprise Architecture function.  

Princess is also a Strategy and Funding Director for the community interest company STEP NOW, which she co-created within her London Community. It supports 13 – 21-year-olds to transform trauma into talent and kickstart their careers in Technology through exposure to skills, networks, and experience. In just 3 years she has been able to build this enterprise from nothing, into a six-figure company, supporting over 300 young people a year.
