Princess’s Biography

Princess Asante is a Ghana-born software engineer at Bloomberg and a graduate of Ashesi University, where she earned a BSc (Hons) in Management Information Systems in June 2022. At Ashesi, she held leadership roles as Speaker of Parliament and Campus Co‑Director of Black Sisters in STEM, while also serving as a Technology Fellow and Campus Co‑Director for Yielding Accomplished African Women (YAAW), now Black Sisters in Stem (BSIS).

After gaining valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Bank of America and Goldman Sachs, Princess joined Bloomberg, where she works as an engineer within BloombergNEF.

In 2021, Princess co-founded Uplink Masterclass, a career development consultancy through which she coaches early-career professionals in securing roles at leading firms, including Goldman Sachs, Unilever and Deloitte.

She is also a Christian creative storyteller publishing introspective fiction and personal essays that explore faith, growth, and identity; offering a unique perspective at the intersection of technology, ethics, and narrative.
