Nicole’s Biography

Nicole is a certified coach, Senior Product Manager and speaker. She runs Ayesu Consulting, a coaching business that specialises in empowering people from underrepresented communities to be more ambitious in their careers. Her career in Tech began with a customer services agent role in 2016. Within just five years Nicole transitioned into a Product Lead role at a Digital Bank before joining a B Corp as a consultant. Driven by a deeply seated belief that more is possible, Nicole also serves as the Chair of Trustees for Growing Hope Brockley. Having witnessed firsthand the lack of diversity in senior roles, Nicole set about to change the narrative that a person’s background dictates the level of success they can attain. Through Ayesu Consulting, Nicole has empowered dozens of Black women with the confidence and tools to achieve success at every stage of their career.
