Nadia is a risk and compliance executive with nearly two decades of experience in professional and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of Compliance at Mastercard within their Vocalink business and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she plays a pivotal role spearheading the development and maintenance of a robust and resilient compliance programme. Previously, Nadia worked at HSBC for almost a decade, where she excelled in various compliance roles, eventually specialising in liquidity, cash management, and payment products. Her expertise also extended to consultancy at KPMG, where she delivered strategic solutions to clients dealing with regulatory and commercial risk issues. Nadia is committed to driving social and economic impact and is an advocate for social mobility, diversity, equity, and inclusion, firmly believing that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed in their professional pursuits. In line with her advocacy, Nadia serves as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director of Progress Together. She also contributes her expertise as a member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Women in Business Advisory Board, the York St John University London Advisory Board, and as a Commissioner on the British Chamber of Commerce: Workplace & Equity Commission.
