Madeline Nyatsanza is a neurodivergent Black woman in data and tech, and a passionate advocate for inclusion, equity, and representation across the industry. As a Group Data & AI Portfolio Manager, she leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes — turning data into strategic value while building motivated, high-performing teams.
With a background in business consulting, she has led large-scale transformation programmes, built delivery frameworks, and worked closely with senior leaders to align execution with vision. In a previous role, she led neurodiversity awareness initiatives that transformed recruitment practices, and identified the lack of racial and gender diversity in the tech team — going on to design and launch a junior developer programme for women from coding bootcamps that has since become a model for inclusive onboarding.
Madeline mentors individuals transitioning into tech, leads the tech track of her church’s career group, and is active in her company’s Neurodiversity ERG. As a speaker, strategist, and advocate, she champions value-led, inclusive tech cultures that drive innovation and equity.
