Lela’s Biography

Lela Campbell is a data and reporting specialist at Vodafone and a former educator. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science and Data Science with AI at the University of Sunderland. Passionate about youth engagement, Lela founded UXL4Life Tutoring and Skills Development CIC, an initiative dedicated to enhancing academic learning and facilitating young people’s entry into employment, work experience, and training opportunities. She also serves as the Chair of One Community Development Trust. Lela has delivered coding workshops both nationally and internationally, collaborating with organisations such as Digital Camp through Vodafone. Her long-term goal is to use innovative technology to create a tool that reduces administrative burdens and burnout amongst teaching practitioners within the education sector.
