Lebogang Tebeila’s Biography

Lebogang (Tebeila) Moeng is a technology and transformation leader,
entrepreneur, and mother with over a decade of experience working across
industries and international markets. She began her career in a small
manufacturing company after growing up in villages and attending public
schools, where English was her second language. Today, she works at the
intersection of technology, automation, and business transformation, while
building tech-enabled ventures focused on inclusion and economic
empowerment. Lebogang is passionate about creating pathways for Black
women and young girls to see themselves as leaders, builders, and
decision-makers in tech, and believes deeply in purpose-driven growth
anchored in faith, integrity, and impact.
