Kelsey’s Biography

Kelsey Robb, currently the EMEA Community Advisor at Google, is celebrated not just for her distinctive big glasses and love of colour but also for her profound commitment to fostering inclusive communities & partnerships. Before her current role at Google, she operated as a Creator & Community Manager of News, Activism & Education Creators at TikTok creating spaces that encourage dialogue and personal growth among diverse creators. She has been instrumental in executing campaigns for Pride, LGBTQ+ History Month, Black Pride, COP26, Black History Month, International Women’s Day and Non-Binary Peoples Day to name a few. 

Kelsey’s dedication extends beyond her professional endeavours; she has mentored over 50 students from underrepresented groups, aiming to bolster diversity within tech pipelines.  A prolific speaker, Kelsey has shared her views on empowerment and diverse communities at Google’s International Women’s Day Events; Black Tech Fest and BYP. She has also mentored over 50 students from underrepresented groups.
