Despite not having a traditional IT education, Jessica’s determination led her to excel as a marketing apprentice, eventually working for renowned companies like Salesforce and the Financial Times.

Facing the challenges of being a black woman in tech head-on, Jessica overcame imposter syndrome and embraced self-belief. She has become a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion, speaking at schools, universities, and corporate events. Recognized for her contributions, she has been nominated for prestigious awards such as the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards.

With a Level 4 Diploma in Data Analytics and an ongoing pursuit of a Level 5 Diploma in IT and Computing, Jessica’s expertise lies in data analytics.
