Jessica Cruse didn’t set out to become a tech founder. She set out to make voices heard. For over 12 years, she’s worked across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, amplifying overlooked communities through roles with UNICEF UK, United World Schools, and Action Through Enterprise.
Two years ago, Jessica made an unexpected leap into edtech. As Founder & CEO of VOXA, she’s now building the world’s first AI-powered multilingual voice coaching platform— “Duolingo for voice confidence.” VOXA helps young professionals and multilingual speakers unlock their authentic voice and share their stories in their language, their accent, their way, and on their terms.
Based between Bahrain and Oman, Jessica leads a global team across 12+ countries. She’s secured pre-seed funding and has 10+ corporate pilots preparing for launch. Known as “The Voice Equity Expert,” Jessica believes the world doesn’t need more polished accents; it needs more authentic voices.
