Ivana’s Biography

Ivana Jones is Senior Developer and Community Advocate based in Charlotte, NC. With over five years of experience in finance systems, data integration, and workflow automation, she specializes in building data-driven solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency. Her technical expertise is complemented by a strong ability to foster cross-functional relationships and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ivana was honored with the NEXT TECH Award by NC TECH and Business North Carolina, recognizing rising tech leaders who drive exceptional business impact and community engagement across the state. Most recently, she was selected as a MLT Fellow, aiding in her preparation for business school and furthering her journey as a future leader in tech and strategy. Outside of her professional work, she mentors youth through nonprofit organizations, helping students develop practical tools for success. She also actively contributes to committees supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and other local community initiatives.
