Inssata’s Biography

Inssata RICOURT has over fifteen years of experience in Information Systems security,  particularly in cybersecurity, cloud, and data protection within major National and International  organizations. This follows a Specialized Master’s in Management and Protection of Personal  Data. This background enabled her to become the one of first Black woman in France to hold the  position of Data Protection Officer (DPO). 

She began her career in Information systems security and data protection, later taking on expert  roles in data protection, cybersecurity, and cloud. In this capacity, she developed and  implemented cybersecurity strategies and public and private cloud security strategies comply  with regulatory obligations and operational constraints of public and private sector  organizations. 

As an expert, she has supported organizations through significant organizational  transformations (mergers, acquisitions, restructuring), digital transformations (information  systems security, cybersecurity), and compliance programs with current regulations. She has  helped teams develop resilience during major organizational and strategic changes, ensuring  the security of Information Systems. 

Moreover, she founded an initiative for Ethical Hacking (Black Is Ethical), aimed at bringing  together ethical hackers, showcasing their skills in Africa and internationally, and contributing to their  professionalization and recognition by political decision-makers or authorities.. 

Drawing on her experience and her expertise , she founded INSSATAD CONSULTING, a  cybersecurity consulting and training firm which helps organizations transform regulatory and  operational constraints into growth opportunities and conducts training and awareness  programs for executives and their teams on cybersecurity and data protection, artificial  intelligence, blockchain, etc. 

These programs facilitate the acquisition of new governance and operational security skills  necessary for the security of information systems. 

She also assists public and private organizations in France and internationally in obtaining  health data hosting certification (HDS) as well as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001  certifications, and systems audits as a certification auditor for certification bodies.

She is also President of the association, GLOBAL AFRICA EXPERTISE,  a network of experts that supports African countries in the implementation of their projects and programs in all sectors by providing expertise.
