About Ifeoma

Ifeoma’s Biography

Ifeoma Noelin Okolie is a Chartered, FSEng Certified, Product Safety Manager, Choral Singer, Poet and Abstract Photographer. 

Ifeoma has over 13 years’ experience, delivering innovative and state-of-the-art safety engineering solutions across a variety of safety critical industries (Food Manufacturing, O&G, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices) where she has held various leadership positions such as Consultant, Champion, Product Owner and Team Leader. 

She devotes her time in and outside the workplace, to sharing lessons learnt from her ‘Triple Minority Career’ as a Black, Female and Artistic Professional in Engineering & Tech’ and debunking gender-career biases. Ifeoma lends her voice to EDI and STEM-engagement campaigns, by raising awareness for the importance of role models, adequate representation at all levels of leadership and the role of a diverse workforce in achieving the trifectas of high performance, market dominance and business longevity. 

She is a Keynote Speaker, STEM Ambassador, Foundation Governor, REACH Network Chair and UN Women UK Delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).
