Ifeoma’s Biography

Hi, my name is Ifeoma Nembhardt and I love all things around innovation, creativity and development. My superpower is I am a connector and I use this extensively with the people I meet and the programs I lead or take part in. One of my core values is to make an impact – it brings me joy to know I am contributing to something outside of myself and helping to make it better. Whether this is people development, championing a cause that is important to me or making an impact somewhere in the world!

I love Technology and am a 16 year young Cisco veteran. I currently lead amazing Development, Data Science and Governance teams where we tell and co-create Cisco’s story of collaboration in the hybrid world through data insights, automation and enabling integrated experiences.

I am a huge advocate for diversity, innovation, and nurturing young talent in the tech industry. I am a founding member of ‘Your Future, Your Ambition (YFYA – https://www.yfya.co.uk/)’, and have spearheaded a number of talent development and innovation programs both internally and external to Cisco. 

Outside of my career, I am the Founder of the Prostate Cancer Black Men Charity. I am a qualified hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coach. I am married to my best friend and business partner, blessed with 3 amazing children, and love reading, long walks, spending time with loved ones and being creative!
