Honey-Bell’s Biography

Honey-Bell Oke is a Quality engineering leader who has years of expertise in delivering and implementing high-quality strategies, standards, and holistic processes across several clients and projects at different stages of the software development lifecycle. In addition to her expertise as a competency coach, mentor, and people manager, she is also deeply committed to promoting the success of others.

As a multiple award-winning advocate of diversity, inclusivity, equity, and belonging, she recently received the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2023, Employee of the Year Award, in appreciation of her pioneering work on the successful Women in Tech programme at her company. She serves as the network’s leader, and it now has over 700 members who participate in regional and international activities as well as mentor and encourage one another. She has created several collaborations and programmes to encourage girls and women to pursue careers in technology.
