Fide’s Biography

Fide is a marketing and project management professional with expertise in change management, working at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution to deliver thoughtful and impactful outcomes within the tech industry. Once a child who did not speak, Fide has grown into a confident leader whose voice is now both intentional and influential, shaping how she shows up across professional and creative spaces.

Her journey from studying Law to building a career in Marketing reflects a strong commitment to growth, adaptability and purpose. Alongside her corporate career, she is the founder of atmosphoria BY ALUKINS, a table and event styling business launched in October 2024, where structured planning and design meets immersive, euphoric atmospheres.

Beyond her professional and personal work, Fide finds joy in travelling and exploring new places, using new environments to broaden her perspective and fuel creativity. Curious by nature, she intentionally takes on new hobbies to stay grounded and connected to herself. Working with her hands has become increasingly important to Fide, with sewing offering a tactile, grounding form of patience, precision and self-expression. These practices reflect her belief that growth and joy are found not only in achievement, but in exploration, learning and the courage to try something new.

Grounded in resilience and inspired by music, Fide’s work and daily life celebrate Black joy, intentional living and the power of trusting one’s timing and inner voice. She is passionate about encouraging Black women to take up space across multiple disciplines, embrace pivots with confidence and lead with authenticity. Fide commemorates Black joy by living it courageously, showing up fully and choosing to exist on her own terms.
