Known for bringing structure, clarity and calm into complex environments, Elaine combines strong organisational skill with a deep belief in the power of relationships, encouragement and opportunity.

Elaine’s life journey has shaped her perspective profoundly, growing up with early disruption, navigating foster care and learning to find her voice and confidence over time taught her resilience, adaptability and the importance of believing in people before they fully believe in themselves.
