Dolapo’s Biography

Dolapo Adeyemi is a technology consultant, entrepreneur, and advocate for inclusivity with a background in oil and gas, renewable energy, e-commerce, and tech innovation. Growing up in Nigeria, she holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MSc in Process Technology from Warwick University, and an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious London Business School, where she secured a full scholarship.

Her experience combines technical expertise with strategic insight, and she is currently making significant strides within Avanade’s advisory practice, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture. Dolapo has earned accolades such as the Tech Women 100 award and the Accenture Sustainability Innovation Challenge for her innovative contributions.

But Dolapo’s most cherished role? Being a mum to two curious and brilliant girls, aged 7 and 9. When she’s not exploring new tech trends or mentoring startups, Dolapo loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures, proving that a balance between professional excellence and personal fulfilment is possible
