Deutina’s Biography

Deutina Idisi is a Senior Product Manager and technology leader with almost two decades of experience spanning software development, product strategy, and data-driven platforms across global organisations. She has led complex initiatives to build scalable digital products, platforms, and user experiences, and is known for bringing a human-centred, purpose-driven lens to technology leadership.

Beginning her career as a software developer, Deutina progressed into senior product and data roles, where she has worked at the intersection of technology, strategy, and experience design. Her work focuses on helping organisations build products that are not only technically robust but also meaningful and inclusive.

In addition to her corporate career, Deutina is the founder of TinaTalks. This purpose-led platform supports women, particularly Christians, in redefining their purpose beyond expectations and in leading with alignment, clarity, and impact. Through coaching, speaking, and writing, she bridges structure and soul, product thinking and personal transformation.

Deutina is passionate about representation in technology and believes that excellence and authenticity are not mutually exclusive. She is committed to creating pathways for women to thrive in tech while remaining grounded in identity, values, and purpose.
