Danielle’s Biography

I’m a Talent Acquisition Leader with 17+ years’ experience building talent strategies for leading global organisations. I’ve led EMEA recruitment and employer brand work across 24 countries, partnering with senior business leaders to drive change, build inclusive pipelines, and tell real talent stories.

Known for turning strategy into action, I influence at every level and create spaces where people belong. As a gatekeeper of opportunity, I’ve put DEI at the heart of hiring, opening doors, challenging mindsets, and showing how diverse talent drives success. Alongside this, I’ve spent years as an Employee Belonging Group Leader, launching Black Girls in Tech work experience, speaking at the Black Tech Fest, and creating Business Insight Days for diverse students.

Beyond work, I’m a proud wife and mum to a brilliant teenage daughter, a passionate traveller, and driven to inspire Black girls and women to own their brilliance, take up space, and lead boldly.
