Damilola’s Biography

Damilola Ogunsola is a skilled software engineer currently working at Meta, where she contributes to building innovative, resilient and scalable solutions at the forefront of technology. With a strong foundation in both software engineering and data analysis, Damilola brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work, blending statistical rigour with advanced engineering practices.

She holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Houston–Clear Lake (2019), where she graduated top of her class, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (2014). This unique academic background empowers her to approach complex technical challenges with analytical precision and creative problem-solving.

Throughout her career, she has combined technical excellence with a passion for inclusion, committed to creating pathways for women talent to thrive in tech. Whether through mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, or advocacy in professional communities, Damilola actively works to dismantle barriers and expand access for women in technology.
