Damilola’s Biography

Damilola is an experienced IT professional with a strong record of delivering strategic technology solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. Her expertise spans Technology Infrastructure and Business Productivity Applications.

With over 12 years in the Information Technology field, she has deployed and supported Microsoft business productivity solutions across business sectors such as Commerce, Infrastructure, Fintech, Transportation & Logistics, Financial Services and Manufacturing. Her work has consistently focused on improving systems, reducing operational costs and increasing productivity for enterprise organisations.

She holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, both in Nigeria. Her career began at a Microsoft partner organisation, Ha-shem Limited in Nigeria, where she gained handson experience implementing technical solutions and leading project deliverables across diverse industries.

Damilola later served as Technical Services Lead at Netcom Africa Limited, where she implemented and transitioned key business solutions to the cloud, earning recognition from stakeholders for her contributions. 

She also worked with TekExperts (now TeKnowledge) as a Subject Matter Expert, training and guiding teams of technical support engineers providing remote support to Microsoft customers worldwide.

She currently works with Macquarie Group Limited, where she applies deep technical expertise to streamline technology operations, enhance the stability of productivity tools and support reliable & efficient workplace experiences. She continues to deliver highquality project outcomes while expanding her technical capabilities.

Beyond her technical work, Damilola is passionate about empowering women in technology. She has led several speaking engagements focused on career development, positioning, professional growth and maximizing opportunities, particularly those in their early careers.
