Claudette’s Biography

Claudette has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years, initially working across all products – Computing, Unified Communications, Networking, etc, and now specialising in Cybersecurity.

The last 20 years have been in senior management and at the senior director level.

She is a single parent of a daughter of 22, who has recently qualified as a teacher – watching her flourish in a world that is not as hospitable as it could be to black women has been inspiring.

Claudette’s career:

• 15 years in IT Distribution – Datrontech, Ideal Hardware, and TechData
• 16 years working for vendors in IT Distribution – IBM, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks
• Experienced across different geographies – Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America
• 7 years as a UK schools governor
• 5 years as Chair of the Trustees for a School Academy
• 5 years working in local schools in South East London, telling my career story and teaching interview skills

She is currently working for Palo Alto Networks, the largest Global CyberSecurity company. She is passionate about our platform story because it speaks to what our customers are looking for. One supplier who can fulfill all their security needs. Claudette is responsible for supporting a business worth over $1.7BN.
