Charlene’s Biography

A software developer turned digital product manager with over 7 years’ experience building digital products in the investment banking and payments industries, Charlene recognises that she’s often the only black woman at a table of decision makers and actively leads and supports initiatives to promote diversity.

As an Inclusive Leader award winner, Charlene is passionate about building an inclusive culture in the workplace. Outside of her role as digital product manager who focuses on transforming the customer experience for thousands of growing small businesses, her interests include music, working out, travelling and personal finance. The latter being a growing area of interest for her, as she explores way to share knowledge and lessons she’s learned along the way to help her community.
