Camille’s Biography

Camille has led FBT (formerly known as GBS) since January 2018, overseeing a team of over 6,000 people primarily in 3 global hubs. FBT provides finance, customer, procurement, planning and control, and digital transformation activities to bp’s global businesses.

An accountant by training, Camille has been in the oil and gas industry for over 35 years and has spent much of her career within Finance, across multiple businesses. 

Alongside her senior role within bp she is on the Executive governance board for bp’s Positively Ethnic Network (PEN) and the UK DE&I council and previously chaired bp women’s network in Canary Wharf. In 2015, Camille won a Black British Business award, and recently has been named on key ethnicity influencer lists including the Powerlist, Empower and BAME100. 

Camille has an MBA from Henley Management College and is a qualified accountant.
