Blessing’s Biography

Blessing is a Senior UX Researcher at IBM. She has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and over a decade of experience delivering impactful research across public and private sectors. She specialises in uncovering deep user insights and translating them into accessible products, services, and experiences that meet real user needs. Her work has been recognised with the IBM Client Star Award, and Innovate UK’s Best KTP Project award for digital innovation delivered in collaboration with academia and industry.

She has spoken at industry events including the British Computer Society AI Conference in Cambridge, the AI in Education Conference in Chicago, and IBM Consulting EMEA SumIT event. Blessing has recently been recognised as an IBM Speaker and Presenter. Beyond her research practice, she mentors early and mid-career professionals in UX and tech, helping them develop the skills and confidence to thrive in their careers.
