Bianca Roach is a London-based production powerhouse with over two decades of experience telling stories across music, entertainment, broadcast news, and tech. Her career spans global organisations, including MTV, The Associated Press, M&C Saatchi, and Native Instruments, where she has led high-impact productions, covered breaking news as a journalist, and travelled the world creating culture-shaping content.

Now Lead Video Producer at music tech giant Native Instruments, Bianca leads creative teams at the intersection of music and technology. A committed mentor and advocate for representation and access, she actively supports emerging talent, most recently through The Elephant Room’s One Month Mentors, by offering the honesty, insight, and guidance she wished she’d had coming up.
