Angela’s Biography

Angela Omogbeme is a globally recognized AI strategist, FinTech researcher, and analytics leader whose work in artificial intelligence, financial innovation, and digital inclusion has earned her academic citations on platforms like ResearchGate and invitations to speak at national and international conferences.

With over a decade of service at Zenith Bank, one of Africa’s most esteemed financial institutions, Angela advanced to Operations Manager, where she led transformative digital initiatives.

Angela’s extensive experience in technology-driven banking, data analytics, and regulatory compliance, combined with her respected research in AI ethics has earned her citations from global academics and practitioners. She serves as a peer reviewer for top international journals in FinTech, machine learning, credit risk modeling, sustainable finance, and digital transformation.

She is currently a full-ride scholar in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program at the University of West Georgia, where she serves as a Research Assistant in the Business Analytics Department, focusing on AI in mobile lending, risk modeling, and inclusive financial systems.
